Elyndor - World

Lyrics

[Intro]
Before Elyndor learned the language of dawn,
I walked through its silence before names were drawn.
I carried the spark neither body could bind,
The breath behind memory, will, heart, and mind.

[Verse 1]
Morthane and Liora, once close at my side,
Two names I had trusted before trust had died.
You reached for the world as though lives were a game,
And something within me still burns at the shame.

I watched Elyndor suffer beneath what you chose,
While consequence followed wherever it rose.
No reason can heal what you carved in my heart,
I never forgive how you tore us apart.

[Pre-Chorus 1]
So I swore no soul would be mine to command,
No life just a piece to be moved by my hand.
For Essence means choice, every spirit its own,
A will that must blossom beyond where it's sown.

[Chorus 1]
I hear every heartbeat, each life as it wakes,
The dreams of Elyndor in all that it makes.
No soul is a plaything, no spirit a chain,
No world should be broken for power or gain.

Whatever may fracture, whatever may fall,
I am Anima and Essence flows through us all.
And deep in my heart, where creation would start,
Eight sparks waited quietly, never apart.

[Verse 2]
Luxaria woke in the cradle of light,
Nyxaria followed, embracing the night.
Gorathor rose where the mountains stood tall,
Undine breathed softly through river and fall.

Garuda laughed as the wild heavens stirred,
Ifrit burned bright where the first flame occurred.
Elyshara formed in the hush of the snow,
Voltaris thundered where storm-currents flow.

[Pre-Chorus 2]
Eight children of Essence, yet none made the same,
Each carrying freedom alongside my name.
I gave you beginnings, but never a throne
That bound you to pathways I chose as my own.

[Chorus 2]
Oh, children of elements, rise where you will,
Through ocean and mountain, through storm, flame, and chill.
Elyndor now carries your touch in its veins,
In forests and rivers, in deserts and rains.

You came from my soul, but grew beyond me,
Eight sovereign spirits, unbound and yet free.
Wherever your journeys may carry you through,
A part of my heart will keep walking with you.

[Bridge]
Among the four Guardians, I carry my share,
A silent protection that few know is there.
I do not seek temples, devotion, or praise,
I watch over Essence through uncountable days.

For kingdoms will vanish and old borders fade,
And even great legends grow dim in the shade.
But while one soul chooses the path it will tread,
The heart of Elyndor can never be dead.

[Final Chorus]
Luxaria, shine where the newborn dawn beams,
Nyxaria, guard all the shadows and dreams.
Gorathor, wake where the roots of earth sleep,
Undine, sweep onward through oceans so deep.

Garuda, sing where the wild heavens call,
Ifrit, burn bright as your fierce embers fall.
Elyshara, dance in the silver-white cold,
Voltaris, thunder as storm clouds unfold.

My children of elements, bow to no decree,
No hand shall decide who you choose to be.
You carry my Essence, yet your wills are your own,
And Elyndor lives through the seeds I have sown.

[Outro]
So wander, my children, wherever you roam,
No distance can sever the place you call home.
Through ages uncounted, whatever may start,
Eight sparks of my Essence remain in my heart.
